Discover the Discipline of Yoga Every Thursday and Saturday

Yoga Cove fosters wellness and strength, inviting you to come enjoy our classes with our passionate yoga teachers.

Power Yoga on Saturday Mornings at 9.30

A type of Vinyasa Flow that is quite fast-paced, elevates your heart-rate like in a cardio based session & will make you break a sweat.

It involves a set sequence of postures, that follow one after another, in standing and seated sequences, including opportunities for arm balances, core drills, inversions and backbends. Everyone goes at their own pace, and modifications are provided to everyone at their own level. Regular practitioners are going to get stronger with time, feel more able to participate in arm balances, core drills & inversions.

It is important to learn to ignore the neighbour on their mat, as that is the core of yoga! Main thing is to have fun (doesn’t matter how a pose looks).

Slow Flow on Thursday Evenings at 19.00

A type of Vinyasa Flow that is more slow-based, harnessing mindfulness along the way.

A set of postures is done in a more slow-paced way, with an intention in each of the poses. It also makes sure that each participant is able to follow at their own pace, and is provided modifications accordingly. This class makes sure that every student leaves the class refreshed, grounded & feeling more at peace.

Julia Mihaylov

Co-Founder & Yoga Teacher

Julia is an ex-gymnast & rates trader who filled an empty void with yoga upon finishing her career. This roots into her passion to teach fast-paced classes and inversions. Julia has a physics degree, and is passionate about yoga because it has scientific benefits for the nervous system, physically & mentally. She also always encourages her students to listen to themselves, which is important as nobody knows their body better than you!

Stefanie Tsai

Co-Founder & Yoga Teacher

Stefanie is an open, warm-hearted teacher who believes yoga is a space to feel free, supported and fully yourself. She teaches Hatha and Slow Flow yoga with a gentle and grounding approach, inviting students to move with awareness, breath, and reconnect with themselves.

Stefanie’s classes are designed to be a soft landing – a space where you can slow down, feel held, and return to your natural rhytm, no matter where you are in your practise. Whether it is your first time on the mat or you are returning after a break, she will be there to guide you with warmth, patience and presence – always encouraging you to move in your own way, at your own pace.
